Job Description
Taking responsibilities of controlling the whole department and everything relating to The Boss KTV and Emperor KTV. Ensure to always comply with working regulations at the department and the Hotel
Job Requirements
• Experience in karaoke business in 4*, 5* hotels
• Have a suitable customer data; good customer service and public relations skills; good conflict resolution skills
• Fluent in English, third language is an advantage (Japanese, Korean, Chinese)
