In light of the recent Covid-19 outbreak, Fortuna Hotel Hanoi is implementing various preventative measures as per recommendations from the WHO. 

1. The public areas and shared appliances, including elevators, chairs, toilets, door nubs and the carpet entrance are routinely sanitized with alcohol-based solutions every 1-3 hours.
2. Alcohol-based Gencide I hand sanitizers are provided throughout the hotel property.
3. Staff is subjected to daily temperature checks at the entrance.
   
4. As required by the Ministry of Tourism, all operation staffs wear face masks.

We are also in close communication with all our staff to ensure that they are aware of the latest status, along with temperature checks twice per day. As far, guests who may appear unwell, we are always ready to assist.

Wash hand frequently with soap	Wear a mask if you have a cough or runny nose	Cover your mouth with a tissue paper when coughing or sneezing	Go to the doctor if you feel unwell

We are still observing the progress of the outbreak and applying necessary preventative measures as officially recommended by the WHO and the Ministry of Health. We continue to welcome all guests to Fortuna, and encourage everyone to stay alert and vigilant. The safety of our staff and guests are of the utmost importance to us.
